Zach Turrentine, RYT

Coach, Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor

Zach Turrentine is a dedicated recovery and mental health coach with over three years of experience supporting individuals and families navigating addiction, trauma, and emotional dysregulation. Since entering the field in 2022, Zach has served in a wide range of roles—including sober living home manager, recovery coach, sober companion, personal trainer, and trauma-informed 200-hour registered yoga teacher.

Drawing from his deep understanding of polyvagal theory and nervous system healing, Zach specializes in helping young adults move out of chronic stress states and into resilience. His holistic approach combines movement, breathwork, exercise, social connection, and time in nature to create lasting, embodied recovery. Whether guiding clients through early sobriety or working alongside families to rebuild trust and connection, Zach brings grounded presence, lived experience, and compassionate leadership to every relationship.

Zach’s work is rooted in the belief that recovery is not just about abstinence—it’s about creating a life that feels safe, meaningful, and connected.
